Barbecue Joint sausage + Farmer’s Daughter sauerkraut = the best Choucroute Garnie you may ever taste. The evening will feature local pork (5 different kinds of sausage) and Alsatian wine pairings. Sunday, February 15, 5PM, $35 in advance or $40 at the door. Seating is limited, so a reservation is recommended.
