Wine Shipping Policy
Shipping... You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages.
By placing your order you have represented to 3CUPS
that you are at least 21. All shipments of alcoholic beverages require
an adult's (at least 21 years of age) signature upon delivery.
We ship via FedEx and according to interstate shipping laws.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship wine to the following states: AR, DE, MD, MS, MT, NJ, NM, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, UT, WI. If we are unable to ship to your area, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

FedEx rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. Our default is FedEx
Ground and FedEx Home Delivery, but if you wish to ship using a faster method, please advise us when we call to confirm your order and we'll adjust the shipping
method and cost when we process the order.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24 to 48 hours. However, large order volumes, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control can extend this processing time; we'll ship your order out as soon as possible.
We recommend that all shipments are sent to a business address or an address that is able to receive shipments during standard business hours. This ensures that your shipment won't stay in vans or warehouses overnight without temperature controls.
Please Note: We are not responsible for wine
that arrives damaged due to heat or cold, so please plan accordingly when you
choose your shipping option.
Summer... If you are buying wine in
May, June, July, or August and want it shipped, we recommend holding it here at
the store until September, when there is less chance that hot weather could affect your purchase in transit. During these months, our default policy is to hold paid shipments here at the store until there is a time window with appropriate temperatures.
Legal Disclaimer... The customer assumes title of the wines once purchased and contracts with the carrier (FedEx). By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service and acting on behalf of the customer. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having wine shipped to him or her. If we are unable to ship to your area, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call 919.968.8993 for additional information.
