Bonmac CD-2W Coffee Dripper

The Cone... This porcelain cone is perfect for brewing a clean cup at home.  This model is a "2" which fits a "2" gold filter or a 2/4 or 4/6 hemp filter.  It can be placed directly over a cup or travel mug and works nicely with a small glass pitcher.  It is dishwasher safe.  Imported from Japan.

The Method... This for the manual pour over method.  Grind your coffee finer than press pot but not as fine as espresso, a little finer if using a gold filter.  Heat water to boil, then let cool to 200 - 205 degrees.  Put ground coffee in either a gold, hemp or paper filter.  We suggest gold or hemp to avoid the paper taste.  Pour water over coffee, stir to make sure all the coffee is wet and avoid dry pockets, slowly pour the remaining water in a clockwise motion.

The Compliment... We also sell Bonmac filters.  These coffee filters are made of hemp.  They are tree-free, bleach-free and compostable.  The hemp behaves more like cotton and avoids the paper taste.  These filters are size 4-6 but can be used in a "2" size porcelain cone.  Each package has 100 filters.  Imported from Japan.
