Bonmac NB-200S Coffee Filter

The Filter... These coffee filters are oxygen-bleached, not chlorine-bleached, and compostable.  These filters are size 2 and are a perfect fit for the Bonmac porcelain cone available at 3CUPS.  Each package has 100 filters.  Imported from Japan.

The Method... This for the manual pour over method.  Grind your coffee finer than press pot but not as fine as espresso, a little finer if using a gold filter.  Heat water to boil, then let cool to 200 - 205 degrees.  Put ground coffee in either a gold, hemp, or paper filter.  Pour water over coffee, stir to make sure all the coffee is wet and avoid dry pockets, slowly pour the remaining water in a clockwise motion.

The Compliment... This filter is made be used with a porcelain cone.  We sell Bonmac porcelain cones to use with these filters.
