With guest chefs Chris McKinley, I don't know what kind of tomato that is, but it is definitely

  • mixed lettuces with zephyr squash, tomato, green olive vinaigrette
  • lemon grass and coconut milk soup with roasted butternut squash
  • chive spaetzle with braised pork and greens
  • blueberry tart with cream
