3CUPS Manifesto
At 3CUPS We Do Things Differently... We sell only a few things -- mostly wine, coffee, and tea. And we treat them as though they really matter. We believe the most important thing to everybody involved (that's you, us, and the farmers who grow the crops that end up in 3CUPS) is how they taste.
Authentic Flavor… Each product we sell has a natural flavor inherent in the fruit, bean, or leaf. The expression of this flavor is made possible by the skilled hands of a farmer. What makes wine, coffee, and tea great are naturally occurring exotic flavors you experience when everything is just right. We go to great lengths to provide you this “archetypal” taste experience.
Family Farms… We are committed to sustaining the people and the environments producing wine, coffee, and tea of great character through the maintenance of long-term equitable relationships. Each person, place and product is unique and has a story to be told. 3CUPS aims to be a storyteller for the farms we represent.
Handmade… From the harvesting of crops by hand until the final step of hand-making your beverage at 3CUPS, we believe in the goodness of hand-crafted food. We have a commitment to the traditional, authentic chain of production that maximizes the pleasure possible from the daily ritual of enjoying our products at home. We endorse through our actions and our sources the sensual satisfaction given by thoughtfully prepared wine, coffee, and tea.
Details… As a retail merchant we pledge to pay attention to the details critical to achieving a perfect customer experience. From the freshness of our products to our dedication to providing kind, attentive, and helpful service, we will work meticulously to improve the quality of every aspect of being at 3CUPS.
Customer Experience... We want to create a place where we can all learn together about the magic of great food and authentic flavor. 3CUPS gives us the opportunity to learn and share information about farms in far away places to give our customers a "farmers' market" shopping experience.
