  • mixed greens with tomato, olives, feta & basil dressing
  • chilled squash soup with chives and goat cheese crostini
  • roasted potato with caramelized onions, pimiento cheese, fennel salad
  • gnocchi carbonara with lonza, scallions, asiago
  • honey cheesecake with macerated blueberries
