The food is more than a little amazing. Austin, Chris, and the
rest of
the Boxcarr Farms family create the best three hours of the week at
3CUPS from 5-8pm on Fridays. Local produce deserves to end up like
this. Small plates with suggested natural wines paired by Jay and Matt.

- butternut squash caponata with herb salad
- chilled yellow tomato soup with chive oil, mascarpone, croutons
- pimiento cheese with ice box pickles and toast
- gnocchi with lonza, kale, pesto cream
- mint lemon curd, blueberry compote, and graham crackers
