This Week's Antipasti Menu from Boxcarr Farms

The food is more than a little amazing. Austin, Chris, and the rest of the Boxcarr Farms family create the best three hours of the week at 3CUPS from 5-8pm on Fridays. Local produce deserves to end up like this. Small plates with suggested natural wines paired by Jay and Matt.
Tapas, Antipasti, call it what you want: a la carte delicious foods and wines served by-the-glass or flight. Make tasty fare at 3CUPS a regular part of your Friday nights. Boxcarr produce will also be available for purchase. $6/plate or $25 for all five.
 
This week's menu:
  • butternut squash caponata with herb salad
  • chilled yellow tomato soup with chive oil, mascarpone, croutons
  • pimiento cheese with ice box pickles and toast
  • gnocchi with lonza, kale, pesto cream
  • mint lemon curd, blueberry compote, and graham crackers
