Analog Coffee in a Compressed, Digital World

So there are easier ways to make a cup of coffee. Lord knows there are easier wines to sell (Holy Cow!95-point Shiraz, and it's 35% off this week? Well, since there's nary a skeptical bone in my body, I'll mosey on down and buy me a case....) So, at our last staff meeting we were waxing poetic about the sonic bliss caused by vinyl. The Long Player offers an uninterrupted sine wave, clearly superior to the choppy 1001110111000111 reproduction of sound sterile CDs and MP3s contain. And don't get me started on satellite radio: hopefully we'll collectively come to our senses one days soon, and all these technologies will be curiosities from the past. So to cut to the chase, I hooked up a record player today. Man it sounds warm and good. I love this place. It means I have to flip a record from time to time. I don't like cleaning French Presses, either, but this is my chance to make the store awesome and I am determined to go for it.
